It was a beautiful Thursday. A perfect day to get married. The past few days had been rainy and cold and the clouds decided to opening up and the sun decided to shine for Lauren & Matthew’s wedding day. Upon arriving at Laurens suite in the Linden Row Inn, I was in awe of its charm and character. Laurens suite had a little alcove with big windows allowing light to pour in. It was a perfect setting to capture a perfect love story.

Lauren & Matt had been friends since 2009, but it wasn’t until 2013 when they rekindled and realized they had something special together. Lauren & Matt share a love for adventure and travel, which makes things very convenient because Matt is a pilot! Lauren and Matt have flown all over the world together and will continue to share their love of new adventures, together.

Lauren is a very organized person, so when I arrived to her suite and saw that she has already laid out all of her details (even in the best light in the room!!!) I knew this was going to be a great day! Soon after The Proper Petal walked in to drop off her bouquet along with some extra blooms and I swear a turned into a child on Christmas morning!!! The rest of the day went smoothly as Lauren & Matt shared their first look and then shared their vows to each other to become husband and wife. They were surrounded by all their loved ones and everyone danced the night away!

Lauren & Matt, I am so honored and I got to be a part of your day and I am so excited for this next chapter in your life!

Congratulations to the new Mr. & Mrs. Welch!!!!

Their whole wedding was travel themed, so it only fits that the invited acted as their “boarding pass”
Laurens ring was from her great grandmothers and it a stunner!!!! Look how yummy this bouquet is!!!! As soon as I saw this nook, I knew we HAD to take advantage and do some bridal portraits! Time for the first look! Grab some tissues y’all! So sweet! THEIR MARRIED!!!!
Favorite!!! A quick jump on the bed before the night was over!
