Okay you guys, this is going to be a super special blog post! I am SO excited to finally be starting my own wedding series #MissToMrsMedlin! We are about year out from the big day, so I wanted to start to share this exciting process with you guys as the countdown continues! I will be sharing all the good and all the not-so-good throughout this entire process! Josh and I have an AMAZING team of vendors that we are so excited to work with! But all the credit has to go to our incredible wedding planner Caroline otherwise known as The Caroline Doll! She is a wedding God! We’ve already accomplished SO much and she has been my rock throughout this whole process! They say that planning a wedding can be super stressful but thanks to Caroline there has been ZERO stress (knocking on wood now!).

The first thing that I wanted to share with you guys is how I asked some of my best friends to be my bridesmaids! When I thought about how I would ask them, I knew I wanted to do something SUPER special to let them know how much I love them! So I came up with the idea of hosting a surprise brunch and totally spoiling them! I sent out a message to each girl saying that I needed them to come to a brunch and that it was a surprise for someone! Little did they all know that it was a surprise for them!

When they arrived they were greeted with a bouquet of flowers and a note that led them up to a waiting area right outside the room. Once I knew that they were all outside the door waiting I opened up the door to let them in, the surprised looks on their faces were priceless!!! Not only were the girls spoiled with a yummy brunch but I wanted to spoil them with gifts as well! Each girl received a personalized bag to use on the wedding day, along with a personalized note asking to be apart of my day, a cute bridesmaid t-shirt to wear when getting ready, A custom champagne flute, and a Kendra Scott necklace!

If I could do this 100x over I would! Not only did I get to spoil some of the most important people in my life, but I got to work with some of my favorite people in order to bring this to life!!! A huge thanks to all the vendors that helped!
