Okay guys, I know I have totally not been following my blogging schedule! But I know for a fact that this blog post is going to make up for my lack of blogging. So here it goes…

OH. MY. GOODNESS. Carol & Kevin’s wedding completely blew me away! I have known Carol since I was a freshman in high school. She opened the doors of Young Life for me, and through that, I was able to find the Lord. Needless to say, Carol is special. My heart was over filled with joy when she asked me if I would photograph her wedding. My first reaction was that I was SO honored. For those of you who don’t know Carol (which is very few of you 😉 ) Carol is a VERY well known person. In fact when we did their engagement photos in Downtown Fredericksburg, I think we got stopped by everyone who walked past us! Carol is one of the most amazing , and loving humans that I know of. Her heart is made of gold and I was so blessed to be able to be a part of Carol & Kevin’s special day! There love completely radiates to everyone that is around them. The amount of pure joy that comes from Carol and Kevin is incredible. Everyone in that room felt the love that is shared between them, and was able to share such a special moment together.

Everything about this day was flawless. To them, it wasn’t about the details, or the flowers, or the money they spent. To them it was about their love, and to be able to share it with all the people they care about. And that in itself is completely priceless. Carol & Kevin, you guys bring me to tears with your joy and love for one another. I am so incredibly excited for your future and I can’t wait to see where the Lord takes you.
